Affiliate program terms

1. The program

Foger Vape Supplier (“we”, “us”) operates an affiliate program that pays a commission for qualifying orders referred through approved affiliate links or codes. Joining is free. By applying you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. We review every application manually and may accept or decline at our discretion. Channels that reach or target people under 21 are never accepted.

3. Commission

You earn 10% of the product subtotal of each qualifying order, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts and package protection. An order qualifies when it is placed within 30 days of a click on your link (first-click attribution) or uses your personal coupon code, is paid in full, and is not refunded, charged back or cancelled. Commission rates may be changed with 14 days’ notice.

4. Holding period and payout

Commissions are held for 14 days to cover our return window, after which they become payable. Payable balances of $50 or more are paid out monthly by bank transfer, Zelle or another method agreed in writing. Balances under $50 roll over.

5. Promotion rules

• Promote only to audiences aged 21 and over; use age gating where the platform allows it.
• Include the required nicotine warning where product images or claims appear.
• Do not make health, safety, harm-reduction or smoking-cessation claims.
• Do not bid on “Foger”, “Foger Vape Supplier” or misspellings in paid search, and do not run ads that could be mistaken for ours.
• Do not send unsolicited email or messages, use cookie stuffing, iframes, forced clicks, or incentivize clicks or purchases.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, as required by the FTC.
• Do not present yourself as the manufacturer or as Foger Vape Supplier.

6. Self-referrals and fraud

Orders placed by you, your household or your business, or referred through deceptive means, are not eligible. We may reject commissions, withhold payment and terminate accounts involved in fraud or breach of these terms.

7. Trademarks and creatives

We grant you a revocable licence to use the banners and text provided in the affiliate dashboard. Foger trademarks belong to their owner; we are an independent retailer and you may not imply otherwise.

8. Term and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, payable commissions earned before the end date are paid in the next cycle; pending commissions that later qualify are paid as normal unless terminated for breach.

9. Liability

The program is provided “as is”. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to unpaid commissions owed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
