Sign-in uses the email you entered at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, register with that same email and past orders attach to the new account automatically.

Sessions are encrypted end to end and expire after inactivity. We never ask for your sign-in details by email, text or phone; any message doing so is not from us.

Orders placed before 5 PM ET on business days usually ship the same day in plain packaging, with an adult signature required at delivery. Shipping is free on every order (minimum order $200).
Every device is sealed with a manufacturer scratch code that you can check yourself before opening. If a code ever fails, send a photo and the order number and we replace or refund.
Buy five pods or devices and the sixth is free, automatically, in any mix of flavors. Support is handled in-house Monday to Friday and most messages get a reply within one business day.
