Stock is purchased through authorised distribution at the first point of sale, held in our own facility and shipped sealed with the manufacturer scratch code intact. You can confirm any unit on the manufacturer verification page.
Product images are supplied by the manufacturer or photographed by us. Packaging colours and minor details change between production runs; the code check, not the box art, confirms authenticity.
Specifications such as puff counts are manufacturer ratings under test conditions. Real-world results vary with draw length, power mode and temperature, as noted in our FAQ.

Counterfeits are a real problem. Not here.
The disposable vape market is full of clones that copy a brand’s packaging but not its safety testing, battery quality or e-liquid. We remove that risk at the source: we buy only through authorized distribution, never from liquidators, clearance lots or gray-market stock. Then we let you check it yourself — the code on the box verifies with the manufacturer, not with us.

We control where our stock comes from; we do not build the devices. They are designed, manufactured, tested and packaged by the manufacturer, and we do not modify or certify them.
If a device is defective or causes injury or damage, the claim lies with the manufacturer. That includes battery failure, overheating, rupture or fire, and any health-related claim. We will supply your purchase record and product details and help you make contact.
