How customer reviews are collected
A review invitation is emailed about ten days after delivery, when the device has had real use. Only customers who completed an order can leave customer reviews, and each order allows one review per product.
We publish positive and negative reviews alike. Reviews are removed only for profanity, personal data or content unrelated to the product, in line with FTC privacy guidance on endorsements.
Star averages shown in the vape shop are calculated from all published reviews, not a curated subset.

Flavor accuracy and longevity are the two themes that dominate reviews of the Bit 35K, along with the readable curved display described in our screen guide.
Switch Pro reviews focus on cost per pod and the satisfying magnetic click. The most common criticism is wanting more pods in stock during flavor launches, which we are working on.
Shipping speed and packaging discretion appear in a large share of reviews, which is why both are described precisely in our shipping policy.
Using reviews to choose a flavor
Sort by flavor family in the flavor finder, then read the reviews on each product page. Look for comments about sweetness and cooling, the two things people disagree on most.
Four-star reviews are the most useful. They usually say what is great and name the one thing that could be better, which is exactly what you need to decide.
Reviews mention authenticity often. Every device can be checked with our verify your vape guide, and customers frequently post their pass result.

Reply to the invitation email or open the product page from my account and choose Write a review. Photos are welcome; please crop out anything personal.
Had a problem? Please contact us as well as reviewing, so we can fix it. We never ask customers to change reviews in exchange for a resolution.
Reviews are for adults 21 and over describing their own experience. Reviews that make health claims are edited to remove the claim, consistent with FDA tobacco product rules.

Orders placed before 5 PM ET on business days usually ship the same day in plain packaging, with an adult signature required at delivery. Shipping is free on every order (minimum order $200).
Every device is sealed with a manufacturer scratch code that you can check yourself before opening. If a code ever fails, send a photo and the order number and we replace or refund.
Buy five pods or devices and the sixth is free, automatically, in any mix of flavors. Support is handled in-house Monday to Friday and most messages get a reply within one business day.

Open the product you bought, scroll to the Reviews tab and rate it out of five. You need to be signed in with the account that placed the order — this is how we keep every review tied to a verified purchase.

We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We remove only content that is abusive, off-topic, contains personal information, or is not from a verified purchaser. We never pay for reviews or edit their content.
