Who qualifies for the wholesale vape program
Licensed businesses only: a current business license, a state tobacco or vapor retail license where required, a resale certificate and an EIN. We verify each document before an account is opened.
Retailers must comply with the PACT Act and FDA tobacco product rules at their own point of sale, including 21+ checks. Accounts that fail a compliance review are closed.
The wholesale vape program is for resale. Personal-use buyers should shop the vape shop and use our promotions for volume savings.

Wholesale vape pricing, payment and terms
Payment by ACH, wire or card. Net-15 and net-30 terms are available to established accounts after three months of on-time payment history.
Wholesale vape pricing is confirmed in writing at onboarding and reviewed quarterly. Price changes are notified 14 days in advance.
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination and shown before you confirm. Restricted-state rules from our state shipping restrictions page apply to B2B shipments as well.

Approved accounts receive a login for the wholesale vape portal, a price list and an onboarding call to agree order minimums and delivery days.

Verified, licensed US-based businesses including:
- Licensed smoke shops and tobacco retailers
- Licensed vape shops and lounges
- Convenience stores and gas stations with valid vape/tobacco licensing
- Regional distributors with state distribution licenses
- Multi-location chains and franchise groups
Required for application
A valid business license, a current state vape/tobacco license, a resale certificate where applicable, a shipping address in a state we can serve, and a business email address. Applications without verifiable license documentation are not approved.

Common questions
At minimum: a valid state-issued business license and a current vape/tobacco retail or distribution license. Most states also require a resale certificate or sales tax ID. We may request PACT Act registration documents depending on your business type and volume.
Minimums vary by tier, so there is no single figure. Your tier, minimum and unit pricing are confirmed together once your application is approved and licenses are verified.
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Larger or multi-location accounts may take 3–5 business days.
No. Shipments are restricted in states with active vape bans. See our state shipping guide for the current list.
Accounts must maintain current licensing. If a license expires the account is paused until updated documents are provided. We reach out about 30 days before known expiry dates.
