An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline for stock, verification, pricing or fraud reasons and will refund any payment taken.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Promotions such as buy 5 get 1 free are applied automatically at checkout under the rules on our promotions page.
Typographical errors happen. If a price or description is clearly wrong, these terms of service allow us to cancel affected orders and refund in full.
Shipping, risk of loss and returns
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier collects the parcel, as detailed in our shipping policy. Optional Package Protection covers loss and damage in transit.
Returns are governed by the returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms of service. Opened, working nicotine products cannot be returned.
Products are supplied as described by the manufacturer. Warranties are those provided by the manufacturer; we help you claim them but do not extend them.

Any dispute will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property violations.
