We collect the minimum needed to verify your age, take payment, ship your order and support you afterwards. This privacy policy applies to the website, checkout, emails and support conversations.
We never sell personal data. Marketing emails are opt-in and every one has a working unsubscribe link. We follow FTC privacy guidance for handling and securing customer data.

Order data: name, address, email, phone, items and totals. Verification data: date of birth and, when needed, a government ID image reviewed once and then deleted. See age verification.
Payment data is processed by our payment provider under their own privacy policy; we see only the last four digits and the authorisation result, never the full card number.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed helps us prevent fraud and fix problems. Analytics are aggregated and cannot identify you individually.

Data is shared only with service providers who need it: the carrier for delivery, the verification provider for age checks, the payment processor for payment, and Package Protection when you add it.
Order records are kept for the period required by tax law and the PACT Act, then deleted. Support tickets are kept for two years. ID images are deleted after review.
Providers are contractually bound to use data only for the service they perform and to protect it to at least the standard of this privacy policy.

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Most changes can be made in my account; anything else is one message away.
You can opt out of marketing while keeping order emails, which we must send. Cookie preferences can be changed in your browser without affecting your ability to shop in the vape shop.
If this privacy policy changes materially we email registered customers before the change takes effect, and the revision date at the top of the page is updated.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, date of birth and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see full card numbers).
- Account information: login credentials, order history and saved addresses.
- Age-verification data: the details needed to confirm you are 21+, and where required a government ID image, which is handled by our verification provider and not retained by us.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

- To send order updates and, with your consent, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations, including PACT Act record-keeping
Sharing
