Federal law lets each state regulate the sale and delivery of nicotine vapor products. Some states ban online delivery outright, others limit flavors, and all require 21+ verification, consistent with FDA tobacco product rules.
The PACT Act adds delivery rules of its own: adult signature, carrier registration and reporting. Together these produce the state shipping restrictions you see at checkout.
We would rather lose an order than break a law that could shut the store. If your state is restricted, that is why, and not because we do not want your business.

As soon as you enter a shipping address, the system checks it against our state shipping restrictions. Blocked states show no shipping method and a clear message explaining why.
Tobacco-only states let you complete an order only if every item in the cart is tobacco flavored. Flavored items trigger a notice asking you to remove them or change the address.
PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are refused everywhere, because carriers cannot collect an adult signature at them. Our shipping policy has the full delivery rules.
Keeping up with state shipping restrictions
Laws change mid-year with little notice. We review state shipping restrictions monthly and immediately when a new statute takes effect, then update this page and the checkout the same day.
If a change means an order you already placed cannot ship, we cancel and refund it in full and email you an explanation. Nothing is held in limbo.

What to do if state shipping restrictions block you
Do not ship to a friend in another state and forward the parcel. It breaks the adult-signature chain, voids Package Protection and may violate your state law. We cannot support such orders.
Customers in tobacco-only states can still browse the full range in the vape shop; the checkout will simply accept only compliant items for delivery.
Licensed retailers in restricted states may still qualify for business-to-business supply under the wholesale vape program, which follows different rules.

- Cannot ship: you see a clear notice and the order does not proceed. No charge is made.
- Tobacco flavors only: flavored products are removed; orders containing them cannot ship and will be cancelled and refunded.
- Full shipping: no restrictions beyond age verification.

Why state laws change
State-level nicotine legislation is active and ongoing, and new restrictions can take effect with little notice. We monitor changes continuously and update our shipping zones as soon as the law requires. If your state recently changed its rules and you believe our data is out of date, let us know and we will verify promptly.
