What my account gives you
My account keeps every order in one place with live tracking links, invoices and reorder buttons. Saved addresses and details mean checkout takes seconds next time.
Verify once, not every time. When your name, address and date of birth in the account match a previous verified order, age verification is skipped automatically.
Reviews, wishlists and newsletter preferences all live under the account too, so you control what we send and what you share.

Orders and tracking in my account
The Orders tab shows status from processing through delivered. Tracking numbers link straight to the carrier, and the track your order page explains what each status means.
Problems with an order? Open it in the account and use the Get help link; it pre-fills the order number so contact us messages are answered faster.
Returns start from the same screen. Our returns & refunds policy explains what is covered and how long processing takes.
Keeping the account secure
Use a unique password and keep the email address current, since verification and shipping updates go there. We never ask for your password by email or text.
Your data in the account is handled under our privacy policy, following FTC privacy guidance. You can download or delete it at any time from the Account details tab.
Sign out on shared devices. The account holds your saved address, and nicotine products must only be ordered by the verified adult account holder.

Orders placed before 5 PM ET on business days usually ship the same day in plain packaging, with an adult signature required at delivery. Shipping is free on every order (minimum order $200).
Every device is sealed with a manufacturer scratch code that you can check yourself before opening. If a code ever fails, send a photo and the order number and we replace or refund.
Buy five pods or devices and the sixth is free, automatically, in any mix of flavors. Support is handled in-house Monday to Friday and most messages get a reply within one business day.

All products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and are sold to adults 21 and over only. They are not smoking-cessation products and are not for use by anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or living with a heart condition.
Keep devices and pods out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine is toxic if swallowed; if it happens, seek medical help or call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 immediately.
Charge devices only with a standard 5 V USB-C source, never unattended, and stop using any device that gets hot, swells or leaks. Recycle finished devices at an electronics drop-off rather than in household waste.
We follow federal and state law on delivery: no shipments to restricted states, no PO boxes, adult signature at the door. These rules protect the store so it can keep serving adult customers.
