What your shopping cart shows

Your shopping cart lists every item with quantity, price and stock status. Promotions such as buy 5 get 1 free are applied to the cart automatically; the free item is the lowest-priced eligible product.

A progress note tells you how far the cart is from free shipping on every order ($200 minimum) pre-tax. Below that, the shipping total is estimated once an address is entered at checkout, per our shipping policy.

Check the shipping state in your your order. Eleven states and military addresses cannot receive vape products and four accept tobacco flavors only; the cart warns you if the saved address is affected. See state shipping restrictions.

Every first order passes age verification at checkout. Have your legal name and date of birth ready and avoid browser autofill, the most common cause of a failed check.

All items are sold to adults 21 and over under FDA tobacco product rules. Nicotine is addictive; our disclaimer has the full health and safety notice.

Your order questions we hear most

Items stay in the your order for 30 days when you are signed in to my account. Guest carts are stored in the browser and can be lost when cookies are cleared.

Prices in the cart are live. If stock runs out before you pay, the cart tells you at checkout rather than after, and nothing is charged for unavailable items.

Changed your mind after paying? Orders can be cancelled until they are packed; after that, returns & refunds apply. Contact us quickly if you need to cancel.

From the your order, checkout accepts major cards through an encrypted processor; we never see full card numbers. Optional Package Protection can be added on the next step to cover loss or damage in transit.

Orders placed before 5 PM ET on business days usually ship the same day, in plain packaging with adult signature required. Tracking arrives by email; see track your order.

Every device is sealed with a manufacturer scratch code that you can check yourself before opening. If a code ever fails, send a photo and the order number and we replace or refund.

Buy five pods or devices and the sixth is free, automatically, in any mix of flavors. Support is handled in-house Monday to Friday and most messages get a reply within one business day.

All products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and are sold to adults 21 and over only. They are not smoking-cessation products and are not for use by anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or living with a heart condition.

Keep devices and pods out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine is toxic if swallowed; if it happens, seek medical help or call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 immediately.

Charge devices only with a standard 5 V USB-C source, never unattended, and stop using any device that gets hot, swells or leaks. Recycle finished devices at an electronics drop-off rather than in household waste.

We follow federal and state law on delivery: no shipments to restricted states, no PO boxes, adult signature at the door. These rules protect the store so it can keep serving adult customers.
