The Foger Bit 35K is rated for up to 35,000 puffs in Normal mode with 5% salt nicotine, a curved OLED display and USB-C recharging. It is sealed and cannot be refilled.
The Switch Pro system pairs an 850 mAh reusable dock with 200 mAh prefilled pods rated up to 30,000 puffs in Normal or about 18,000 in Boost. The dock authenticates each pod before it fires.

FAQ: shipping and delivery basics
Shipping is free on every order ($200 minimum). Orders placed on business days before 5 PM ET usually ship the same day; transit is typically 2 to 5 business days with 1 to 2 days of processing.
We ship to US street addresses only. No PO boxes, no APO/FPO. Some states cannot receive vape products at all and four allow tobacco flavors only; the state shipping restrictions FAQ has the list.
Track a parcel from my account or the track your order page. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.

You must be 21 or older to buy, in line with federal law and FDA tobacco product rules. Verification is instant for most customers; a small number are asked for an ID photo. Returning customers with matching details skip the step.
Nicotine is addictive and these products are not smoking-cessation aids. Keep devices and pods away from children and pets; if nicotine is swallowed, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Battery safety FAQ: charge with a standard 5 V USB-C source, never leave charging unattended and stop using any device that gets hot, swells or leaks. Contact us immediately in that case.
Ordering & shipping
free shipping on eligible orders, free on orders of $200 or more (before tax). The rate applies automatically at checkout.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days; many ship the same day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it leaves us. Transit usually takes a further 2–5 business days.
We ship within the US only, and some states restrict or prohibit nicotine vape products. Use the instant checker on our state shipping page.
Orders move to fulfilment quickly. Contact us immediately and we will cancel anything that has not yet been packed. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.

Rated for up to 30,000 puffs in Normal mode or roughly 18,000 in Boost, at 5% (50 mg) nicotine salt. Ratings come from controlled testing, so treat them as a ceiling — draw length, Boost usage and airflow all reduce real-world counts. The transparent tank is the most reliable guide to how much is left.
Normal is tuned for longevity with a cooler, lighter draw. Boost raises power for warmer vapor and stronger flavor at the cost of pod life. Switch modes with the control button; the display shows which is active.
No. Pods arrive prefilled and sealed. When one is empty you replace the pod and keep the power bank — that is the point of the modular design.

Briefly. Each pod carries its own 200 mAh battery so it will fire on its own, but with a lighter draw and much shorter run — and it cannot be recharged without the dock. Treat it as a stopgap.
There is no power button — Foger devices are draw-activated. Remove any silicone caps and inhale. If nothing happens, try a longer, gentler draw and check the battery level on the display.

1,050 mAh total: an 850 mAh reusable power bank plus 200 mAh inside the pod. Charge over USB-C with a standard adapter rather than a high-wattage fast charger.
Yes. The Switch Pro supports pass-through charging, and charging the power bank also tops up the pod.

Returns & support
Defective, dead-on-arrival, wrong or mis-described items can be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior approval. Opened, working products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full policy →
Check with household members, neighbours and your local carrier depot first. If it still hasn’t turned up within 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we will open a carrier claim.
