Why age verification is mandatory
Federal law sets the minimum age for nicotine products at 21, and FDA tobacco product rules require online sellers to verify it. Age verification is therefore not optional for us or for any legitimate store.
The PACT Act adds an adult-signature requirement at delivery, which is why verification happens twice: once at checkout and again at the door.
We treat verification as a feature, not a hurdle. Stores that skip it are the same stores that sell counterfeits.

Enter your full legal name, residential address and date of birth. An automated check compares the details against public records and clears most customers in seconds without any documents.
If the automated check cannot confirm your age, you are asked to upload a photo of a government ID. A human reviews it, usually within one business day, and the order continues from there.
Returning customers who verified previously with the same name, address and date of birth skip verification entirely. Sign in to my account to keep details consistent.
Age verification and your privacy
Details are used only for age verification and fraud prevention. ID images are encrypted, reviewed once and deleted after the decision; they are never used for marketing or sold.

Verification providers see only what they need to confirm age. Payment details are handled separately by the payment processor and never reach the verification step.

The most common causes are autofill errors, a nickname instead of a legal name, or a mailing address that differs from the residential one. Re-enter the details carefully and try again.

Who can purchase
Sales are limited to customers 21 and over within the United States. Orders cannot ship until age verification is complete. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.

If you have previously verified using the same name, address and date of birth, you will not usually need to verify again, which makes repeat orders faster.
