Shipping policy at a glance
One rule, no surprises: shipping is free on every order that meets our $200 minimum (before tax). It is applied automatically at checkout; you never have to choose a method.
This shipping policy applies to every product in the vape shop, from single pods to full kits. Accessories ship under the same rules and count toward the free-shipping threshold.
Package Protection is offered at checkout for a small fee. It covers loss, theft and transit damage with claims handled through the Route claims portal.
How this shipping policy handles restricted states
Federal and state law shape our shipping policy. We cannot deliver vape products to Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont or military addresses.
California, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Rhode Island accept tobacco-flavored products only. The checkout blocks anything else for those addresses; see state shipping restrictions for details.
All shipments comply with the PACT Act, which is why an adult signature is required at delivery and why we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Shipping policy for problems in transit
Once a carrier scans a parcel, responsibility for transit passes to them. Our shipping policy still commits us to helping: contact us with the order number and we will open a trace or a claim on your behalf.
Marked delivered but not received? Check with household members, neighbours and the local depot first; parcels often appear within 48 hours. Then contact us so we can act quickly.
Damage on arrival is covered by returns & refunds when Package Protection was declined, and by Route when it was added. Either way, photos of the box and contents speed things up.
Verification steps that affect shipping times
Every first order passes age verification. Most checks complete instantly, but a manual ID review can add a business day, and this shipping policy counts processing from the moment verification clears.
Use your full legal name, correct date of birth and a residential street address. Browser autofill is the most common cause of a failed check and a delayed parcel.

Processing times
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders placed Monday to Friday ship within 1–2 business days; many ship the same day. Processing can take longer during peak periods, holidays, or when additional age verification is required.
These are typical times, not a guarantee. If we are running behind we post a notice on the site, and if your order is affected we contact you directly. Your tracking email is the confirmation that an order has left us — until then it is still in processing.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or military addresses. Some states restrict or prohibit shipping nicotine vape products; our checkout automatically blocks restricted items based on your address.
Address accuracy
Invalid or incomplete addresses may delay or cancel your order. Before submitting, please check that you have used your full legal name, your correct date of birth and your current residential address. Browser autofill is the most common source of errors.
Order verification
All orders require payment confirmation and age verification (21+). Incomplete or failed verification delays your order. Returning customers who previously verified with the same name, address and date of birth usually do not need to verify again.
Carriers & transit times
We use a network of national and regional carriers, selected by destination and package size. Once collected, transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days in addition to processing. Weather, holidays and distance from our dispatch point all affect this; once a parcel is with the carrier, your tracking link is the most accurate guide.
Tracking
- You receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships
- Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to show the first scan

Lost, damaged or late packages
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for transit passes to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you file a claim — contact us with your order number and photos of any damage.
Order issues
If anything in your order is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the items received and the packing slip. We will put it right.
